GERMS ARE OUR SYMBIOTIC PARTNERS

Alois Kolar

Aerobic soil bacterium
Bacteria are with us all the time, they are ubiquitous in both soil and water and as symbionts of all living organisms, including in our bodies. Most bacteria are minute, usually only 0.5-5.0 μm in their longest dimension, although giant bacteria likeThiomargarita namibiensis and Epulopiscium fishelsoni may grow past 0.5 mm in size. Bacteria generally have cell walls, like plant and fungal cells, but with a very different composition (peptidoglycans). Many move around using flagella, which are different in structure from the flagella of other groups.

Life without bacteria would be impossible in this Planet. Bacteria are often viewed negatively, given this group's connection to diseases. However, bacteria perform invaluable, beneficial functions in ecosystems, and also reflect harmony between living organisms in a number of ways. These include conversion of atmospheric nitrogen to forms that plants can use, exhibiting mutualism (a type of symbiosis in which both organisms in two interacting species receive benefit), and recycling nutrients through bacterial decomposition of dead plants and animals.

Well, medical science is a very strange science and it says that specific disease bacteria are commonly assumed to be primary cause of specific diseases. In reality these maligned microorganisms are our friends, they are scavengers that need food to reproduce themselves. They go into action immediately when there is a dangerous accumulation of toxic material which are threatening an organism integrity. They perform a useful function of cleaning up the mess and after their work is done, they resume more passive state.
A key function of bacteria in the ecosystem is in decomposition of living matter. As decomposers, bacteria feed on the tissues of dead organisms, breaking them down into nitrogen and carbon containing molecules. What they do not use as food can then be used by plants as nutrients. Indeed, one can view bacteria as key to both the beginning and end of the food chain, as they provide necessary nutrients for the start of the food chain and also breakdown the organic matter at the end of the food chain.

It's not possible to deny that bacteria are intimately associated with many serious diseases, but they contribute secondary or tertiary complicating factors, because elaborate certain powerful toxins and these factors are add to the primary causes for developing disease. They are not fundamental and primary causes as medical science (medicine "doctors") and many other people believe.

"Bacteria are not fundamental and primary causes as medical science (medicine "doctors") and many other people believe."

Some bacteria, including E-coli, help people and animals to digest food and help in providing vitamins. Ruminants, such as cattle and sheep, contain large numbers of bacteria in the rumen to help in digestion of grass by the degrading cellulose into nutrients that can be absorbed. Ruminants rely on the bacteria, since they lack these essential digestive enzymes themselves.

Beyond organic matter, bacteria can also degrade metal cyanides from industrial sites, help in cleaning up nuclear waste, recover metal from low-grade ores, and degrade some pesticides.

Bacteria are also key for nitrogen fixation. Plants require nitrogen to build protein, but cannot use atmospheric nitrogen directly, despite its high concentration in the air (78 percent). In soil and even plant roots, nitrogen-fixing bacteria help convert nitrogen into a usable form, such as nitrates and ammonia, by a process known as nitrogen fixation. This serves to provide an easily absorbable form of nitrogen for many plants. For example, in legume plants, such as peas and clover, microorganisms help in the transformation of molecular dinitrogen gas, converting it to usable nitrogenous compounds.

The disease condition is, that creates an environment favorable to the mutation of bacteria into those associated with that particular disease and favorable to their proliferation and increasing virulence. The disease condition springs from improper living that begets toxicosis as a primary cause of disease. There is no denying that in the disease process their work as a scavengers is not unpleasant or even exhausting to the host, but it is natural – it is necessary for the preservation of health and life. After the cleansing is complete, the organism again makes its energies available for normal life activities.

Long time ago in 1860, the famous nurse Florence Nightingale published an
Florence Nightingale, the nurse
attack on Germ theory of disease and she said: “Diseases are not individuals arranged in classes like cats and dogs, but conditions growing out of one another. Is it not living in continual mistake to look upon disease as we do now, as separate entities, which must exist like cats and dogs, instead of looking upon them as conditions, like a dirty and clean condition, and just as much under our control; or rather as the reactions of kindly Nature, against the conditions in which we have placed ourselves? I have seen with my eyes and smelted with my nose smallpox growing up in first specimens, either in closed rooms or in overcrowded wards, where it could not by any possibility have been caught but must have begun. True nursing ignores infection, except to prevent it. Cleanliness and fresh air from open windows with unremitting attention to the patient are the only defense a true nurse either asks or needs. The specific disease doctrine is the grand refuge of weak, uncultured unstable minds, such as now rule in the medical profession. There are no specific diseases, there are specific disease conditions only!”

And she was right also!

Therefore, in all epidemics (mass sickness) there are more cases of various other diseases than of the one “epidemic disease”!

Let us take a closer look on epidemics

People who have maintained and internal state of cleanliness through correct
The food we are biologically, physically
the most adopted for
habits of eating and living (healthy lifestyle), do not need the disease process, because it cannot develop unless the toxic conditions for disease exist. Habits o living that waste nerve energy result in inhibition of secretion and excretion and consequent self-poisoning. The part of the organism laden with toxins is the first to react, but the effect is general – all the organs and structures of the organism suffer the impairing effects. The body ejects its not yet eliminated waste products by means of a crisis of acute disease, that means that the toxins are expelled vicariously through the channels not normally utilized (mucus membranes, skin). So, the disease is a process of detoxification and recovery, it is remedial and beneficial, it is self-preservation although does expend great reserves of energy during the process. Drugs and vaccines destroy natural “immune system” to expel toxins, symptoms of “disease” vanishing but disease – toxicosis exist further and more and more toxins are going to accumulate. In this way we are waiting on the bigger health crisis - with some other name (diagnose) in dead Latin language...
An average healthy person with un-contaminated bloodstream not need to be concerned about being subjected to a contagious disease. This is not true with a person of low vitality and therefore high accumulation of metabolic waste productions. Bacteria or germs of such person stimulated into activity by the devitalized elements upon which they thrive, when transferred to the mucous membranes or tissues of another person equally toxic may be assumed to begin work immediately and in the same manner as on the first carrier.

"An average healthy person with un-contaminated  bloodstream not need to be concerned about being subjected to a contagious disease."

This is in fact is a true explanation of contagion and one may say that germ precipitates the disease or excites it in the person to whom the germs are transferred, serums or drugs will only help add to the general toxic load, therefore instability result in serious harm even thought they may apparently modify or suppress a local or general pathological process.
