MEDITATION

When we examine our life, we can discover that most of our life time and
energy is devoted to seeking material goods and emotional security, enjoying sensory pleasures, and of course, establishing a very good reputation. But all these things can make us happy for a very short time (like a child who got a new toy) of our "long" life…

Soon our happiness turns into dissatisfaction, worldly pleasures cause us mental and physical suffering by stimulating attachment, egoism, jealousy, anger and frustration, because seeking to fulfil our own egoistic desires often bring us into conflict situations with other (even lovable) people.

Nearly all of meditation masters of the (past) world say: “Happiness is a state of mind, therefore the real source of happiness lies in your mind, not in external circumstances.” 

This is only partially true, if someone or a group of drunk or/and mentally sick persons, liars, contaminated with egoism, anger, malice, hostility continuously cause you problems, meditation only will not help you, but will help you to find the best possible solution, without having to desccend on the level of such people from the bottom of the human life, criminals.

If your mind is pure and peaceful you will be happy, if it is impure (wrong stressful, destructive lifestyle) and unpeaceful, you will never find happiness, no matter how much you try to change your external conditions; material wealth does never bring happines! 

The purpose of meditation is to cultivate those states of mind that are conducive to peace and well-being, therefore meditation is an important part of healthy lifestyle – optimum lifestyle.

A lot of people all over the world live more like animals or even worse. Well, yes, sure they have cellulars, iPods the latest version, TV, personal computers, motors, cars, houses, large departments, they follow all increbile new fashion trends, new shadows of cosmetics, all the time new and newer disigns of clothes, magical so sexy underwear (but, what's a pitty 'couse no one see it ;)) and yes, they can enjoy their cooked, processed, irradiated GMO foods, pieces of meat cuted from animal carcasses, sex, Coca Cola - do discover more facts about Coca Cola and all soft drinks  Pepsi Cola, McDonalds -The science and history of the fast food - documentary and alcohol, tobaco - cigarettes, chemical-pharmaceutical drugs with science and developing disease an later iatrogenic disease, they can subdue their enemies and in some cases protect their family, but they cannot eliminate suffering, disease, criminal acts and attain lasting high level of health and happiness.

It would be a pitty if we were use our precious human life only to achieve results that animals can achieve, even animals are in some areas instinctively much smarter than increible human "doctors" are! 

If we wish to avoid such a wasted life, disease - misery it brings and fulfil the real purpose of born human, we must devote ourselves to the practice of meditation as a part of optimum lifestyle.

When we raise ourselves through meditation to what unites us with the spirit, we quicken something within us that is eternal and unlimited by birth and death. Once we have experienced this eternal part in us, we can no longer doubt its existence. Meditation is thus the way to knowing and beholding the eternal, indestructible, essential centre of our being.

And now is a question what kind of meditation should I do to achieve the best possible results?

You should explore it by yourself. 
I have been started with Tao Wei Wu Wei meditation 37 years ago after the long discovering of all other kinds of meditation as Indian Yoga, Buddhist

vipassana meditation, zen, Breathing meditation and later audio guided meditation which was in Slovenia for the first time issued by health magazine, named Zdravje (in 1978, I think). I decided for
Tao meditation (Tao sexuality) and it is one of my best life choices ever - as a part of optimum lifestyle.

So much of the stress and tension we normally feel, comes from our mind. Just by doing wonderful Tao meditation for 20 - 25 minutes each day, you will be able to reduce stress. 
You will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of your usual problems will fall away and you will be able to make better decisions. Difficult situations will become easier, you will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, you will become better father, mother, son, daughter, lover, student and your relationships with others will improve and your health also.
