Adequate sleep
is a key part of an optimum lifestyle, it benefit your mind, heart, weight, in
fact all bodily functions. The way you feel while you're awake depends in
part on what happens while you're sleeping. During sleep, your body is working
to support healthy brain function and maintain your health, beauty and wellbeing.
There is a
deep connection with all bodily functions and sleeping & vice versa! When you
sleep enough your body will functioning well, but if you live destructive
lifestyle as majority of human population live, you will not be able to sleep
well and here toxicosis begins. In hunting of more and more material goods, people usually don’t sleep
enough – because of work. But, when you start getting the sleep you need, your
energy and efficiency will go up. In fact, you will find out, that you actually
get more work during the day than when you were skimping on shuteye ;).
Studies
show that a good night's sleep improves learning and working. Whether you're learning math,
how to play the guitar, how good you are in sport activity and a quality of
relationship, sleep helps enhance your learning and
problem-solving skills, working time an how to drive a truck or a car. Sleep also helps you pay attention, make decisions, and
be creative and happy. Studies also show, that sleep deficiency harms your
driving ability as much as, or even more than being drunk.
Sleep helps
maintain a healthy balance of the hormones that make you feel hungry (ghrelin)
or full (leptin). When you don't get enough sleep, your level of ghrelin goes
up and your level of leptin goes down. This makes you feel hungrier than when
you're well-rested. Sleep also affects how your body reacts to insulin, the
hormone that controls your blood glucose (sugar) level. Sleep deficiency
results in a higher than normal blood sugar level, which may increase your risk
for diabetes. Hormones of growth are produced in order to fix - renewal the
destroyed tissues in the case of adults, or to create a new tissue in the case
of children. Such tissues are also created in order to block the destroying
effects of stress and beauty.
Sleep also
supports healthy growth and development. Deep sleep triggers the body to
release the hormone that promotes normal growth in children and teens. This hormone
also boosts muscle mass and helps repair cells and tissues in children, teens,
and adults – body builders know it well. Sleep also plays a role in puberty and
later fertility.
Drivers
aren't the only ones affected by sleep deficiency, causing many traffic accidents. It can also affect people in
line of work as pilots, locomotive engineers (but they are much more
responsible and their working rules are very strict as well), therefore is very
important that all these workers have sufficient time of quality sleeping. For perfect sleeping meditation as a part of optimum lifestyle helps a lot.
Children
and teens who are sleep deficient may have problems getting along with others.
They may feel angry and impulsive, have mood swings, feel sad or depressed, or
lack motivation. They also may have problems paying attention, and they may get
lower grades and feel stressed. Therefore, leaving children to run around at
23:30h is not a good idea.
So what is
an ideal time for perfect sleeping?
Let’s say
that it is from 22:30h to 6:30h (or even 07:00h), it really works!
Enjoy your
sleeping time ;)...
